Associated Plating Company, Inc. is pleased to announce our new strategic alliance with Specific Plating Company, Inc. As of April 1, 2002, all manufacturing operations for Specific Plating Company, Inc. will be performed at the Associated Plating Company, Inc. facility.
The alliance between APC and Specific creates an even more powerful, value added team to service your metal finishing requirements. In today’s challenging economic environment, we are always looking for ways to increase our service level and decrease our cost for our customers. Our new strategic alliance with Specific allows us to accomplish both of these objectives for the clients of APC and Specific. We will now be able to provide 24 hour per day manufacturing coverage on all processes and provide better upfront engineering support for our clients. We are also investing in new processes, cadmium and plating on magnesium, in addition to cleaner, more environmentally friendly and zero discharge waste treatment equipment. We invite you to schedule a visit to the plant to view our added capabilities and meet our new team members.
The customers of Specific will continue to be serviced by the same engineering, quality, and metal finishing personnel and will continue to place purchase orders, receive quotations, and be invoiced by Specific Plating Company, Inc. The only change to your accounts will be the manufacturing location.
As always, the customers of APC will receive the highest quality metal finishing at the lowest total cost with a focus on reduced cycle time. We would like to offer our engineering service support to assist in the design and development of the most suitable finishing specifications for your parts.
